Yes all of our chalets provide satellite internet. The signal and speed is considered intermediate. However, both the signal and speed can be influenced by the weather outside the chalet such as rain or snow, resulting in a reduction or loss of signal and speed.

Yes, but we don’t know what kind of fish are accessible.
We have a pedal boat and two kayaks for fun on the water, but safely wearing a life jacket. Please put the vests and paddles in the trunk after use and close the trunk lid. Be sure to moor the boats to prevent them from drifting. A fee will be charged if we have to recover it ourselves and / or if it is damaged.
Yes, the lake is swimmable. The water is pure and crystal clear.

You may bring your own snowshoes. The chalet does not provide this equipment.
We provide three life jackets, 2 adult sizes, and 1 for children. However, we suggest that you bring a lift jacket for children under 2 years of age.
It is strongly suggested to have a mandatory 4×4 from November to May. To go to Lili Lake you have to climb a steep slope. We are not responsible for any problems incurred if you do not follow this recommendation.

All tenants must leave the premises in the same condition as they were on arrival. Additional fees for cleaning the chalet and maintaining the spa may be withheld from the security deposit if the instructions for use and cleanliness have not been observed.
No. All of our cottages are non-smoking. If you smoke outside, please do not leave any butts on the ground. Your deposit may be affected. Kindly place all butts inside of the cigarette disposal unit.
Yes, you must shower before entering the hot tub. In addition, no food or drink is allowed. Please note that it is not recommended to stay there for more than 20 minutes. You can find more information on how to use the hot tub in our Welcome Booklet. A complete list of regulations that must be followed is also posted next to the hot tub.
The quality of the hot tub water is checked before each arrival. We have qualified staff that ensures that it remains stable. During your stay, please inform us of any issues regarding the spa.
IMPORTANT !! It is strictly forbidden to drain the spa water, add chemicals or water to it.
No, all bedding is provided. Carefully read the household instructions in the presentation booklet to avoid losing your security deposit.
No, everything is provided. Please note that we provide toilet paper and paper towels in reasonable quantities that are based on the length of your stay.

No need, our chalets are all decorated for stays during the holidays with Christmas Trees and decorations. However, if you want to bring your personal touch, have fun (just note that it is important to put the chalet back in the same condition as it was when you arrived)!
